By accessing or using 608Pass ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

608Pass is an independent exam preparation platform for the EPA Section 608 Refrigerant Handling Certification. We provide AI-powered diagnostic testing, targeted study materials, mock examinations, and AI-generated explanations. 608Pass is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) or any EPA-approved certifying organization.

3. Purchases & Refunds

Pass License: A one-time payment grants lifetime access to the full Target study phase, unlimited Ask AI, and the Mock Exam. No recurring charges.

Pass Guarantee: If you complete at least one full mock exam on 608Pass and fail the official EPA 608 exam, you are eligible for a full refund. See our Pass Guarantee page for full eligibility requirements and claim procedures.

4. Payments, Billing, and Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Lemon Squeezy. Lemon Squeezy is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. They provide all customer service inquiries and handle returns.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to: (a) attempt to reverse-engineer or extract our question bank; (b) use automated means to access the Service; (c) share your account credentials with others; (d) use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

6. Intellectual Property

All questions, explanations, logic chains, and AI system prompts are the intellectual property of 608Pass. Questions are independently authored based on public-domain regulatory text (40 CFR Part 82, AIM Act, ASHRAE Standards). No content is derived from third-party commercial test-prep publications.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we strive for accuracy, regulatory content may change. Passing 608Pass practice exams does not guarantee passing the official EPA 608 exam. Always verify critical regulatory details with official sources.

8. Limitation of Liability

608Pass shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service.
