608Pass collects only the minimum information necessary to provide our EPA 608 exam preparation service. When you use our free diagnostic, we may collect your email address if you choose to save your results. When you purchase a Pass License, Stripe (our payment processor) collects your payment information — we never see or store your full credit card details.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To save your diagnostic results and study progress
• To send you your personalized study plan (only if you request it)
• To process your Pass License purchase via Stripe
• To send transactional emails (purchase confirmation, Pass Guarantee claims)
• To improve our question bank and AI explanations based on anonymous usage patterns

We never sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Third-Party Payment Processors

We do not store or collect your payment card details. That information is provided directly to our third-party payment processor, Lemon Squeezy, whose use of your personal information is governed by their Privacy Policy.

4. Cookies & Local Storage

We use essential cookies for authentication (via Supabase) and local storage to save your study progress, language preference, and dark mode setting. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following trusted services to operate 608Pass:

• Supabase — Database hosting (Privacy Policy)
• DeepSeek — AI explanation generation
• Resend — Transactional email delivery

6. Data Retention

We retain your study progress and account information for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing support@608pass.com. Diagnostic results from anonymous (non-registered) sessions are automatically purged after 30 days.

7. Children's Privacy

608Pass is intended for use by HVAC professionals and students aged 16 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
