Our Refund Policy

Since the products provided are digital exam preparation materials, we generally do not offer refunds once the access has been granted. However, if you experience significant technical difficulties that prevent you from using the materials, please contact our support team at support@techspass.com within 7 days of purchase for a review.

1. Digital Products Are Delivered Instantly

All 608Pass products are digital exam preparation materials (study plans, question banks, mock exams, and AI tutoring). Access is granted immediately upon purchase. Because digital content cannot be returned, we generally do not offer refunds once access has been granted.

2. Technical Difficulties Exception

If you experience significant technical difficulties that prevent you from using the materials — for example, an account access failure or a platform outage on our side — please contact our support team at support@techspass.com within 7 days of purchase. We will review your case promptly and work to resolve the issue. If we are unable to restore your access, a refund may be issued at our discretion.

3. Study Guarantee — Unlimited Retakes (Not a Refund)

Separate from refunds, 608Pass includes a Study Guarantee: if you complete 100% of the study plan and at least one full mock exam and still do not pass the official EPA 608 exam, we reset your entire study progress so you can repeat the full program at no additional cost. No limits. No expiration. This guarantee grants additional study access — it does not change the refund terms above.

4. How to Request a Review

To request a review under the technical-difficulties exception, email support@techspass.com within 7 days of purchase and include:

  • Your order number or the email used at purchase.
  • A description of the technical difficulty, including any error messages.
  • The device and browser you are using, if relevant.

5. Response Time

Our support team reviews requests in the order received and usually responds within 1–2 business days. You can also reach us at any time at support@techspass.com.
