1. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you're not satisfied within 7 days and have completed less than 20% of the mock exams — we offer unlimited retakes at no extra cost.

2. Unlimited Retake Guarantee (Core Promise)

If you complete 100% of the study plan and at least one full mock exam (scoring below passing), and still fail the official EPA 608 — we reset your entire study progress so you can go through the full program again at zero cost. No limits. No expiration.

3. Retake Application Requirements

To apply, email support@608pass.com with:

Your purchase order number.
Official EPA 608 exam score report showing a failing grade.
Exam date and testing provider name (ESCO, Mainstream Engineering, etc.).

We verify that you completed the study plan and mock exam on our platform. Once confirmed (usually within 1-2 business days), your study progress is reset and you can begin again immediately.

4. What the Retake Covers

Once approved: All your quiz history and mock exam records are archived (not deleted — you can still reference past performance). Your access resets to a clean study dashboard. Your account and lifetime access remain unchanged. You can retake as many times as needed — there is no cap.
