The Service is operated by Guangdong Foshan Chaochuangyi Network Technology Co., Ltd. ("we", "us", "our"), the operator of the Techspass platform.

By accessing or using 608Pass, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.
3. Service Description
608Pass provides AI-powered diagnostic testing, targeted study materials, mock examinations, and AI-generated explanations for EPA Section 608 certification preparation. 608Pass is an independent educational service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) or any EPA-approved certifying organization.
4. Purchases and Payments
All purchases are one-time payments that grant lifetime access to the purchased exam preparation materials. No recurring charges apply. Payments are processed securely by our third-party payment processor; we do not store your full payment card details.
5. Refund Policy
Since the products provided are digital exam preparation materials delivered instantly upon purchase, we generally do not offer refunds once access has been granted. Please review our full Refund Policy for details, including the technical-difficulty exception.
